Shipping Policy
We offer standard shipping that may take anywhere from 2 - 5 days; not including Sundays. Shipping fees include insurance that cover packages lost in transit and damaged goods from an external cause (subject to exclusions). Please contact us if this is your case and we will file a claim on your behalf.
-Loss claims will not be covered if the carrier confirms the successful delivery of a package to the correct destination address.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, lost in transit, or if you received the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right. We always aim to offer the best customer service possible.
Please keep in mind our candles are handmade and may occasionally have imperfections. Imperfections may also be noted on some vessels in the "Vintage and Thrifted" collection.
